How does the process work?

After you place your order, please email 3 clear, high-quality photos of your pet to createandchaistudio@gmail.com If there’s a photo you’d like me to use as the main reference,  let me know! The higher quality the photos, the more detail and personality I can capture in your painting.

Feel free to send additional photos too. The more, the merrier! I’ll use them to create your portrait, and when it’s finished, I’ll ship it to you or a loved one.

I’m not sure what photos are best. Can I send them to you first?

Absolutely! You can email me at createandchaistudio@gmail.com and attach your photos, or send them through my contact form. I’m happy to take a look and help you choose the best ones for your portrait.

How long does the process usually take?

My average processing time is typically 2-3 weeks. During the holiday season, turnaround times may be slightly longer. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding! 🎁

If you need your portrait by a specific date, please email me before placing your order so I can confirm availability.

What size are the portraits?

All portraits are 5 x 7 inches and can be done in either portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) orientation, depending on your pet’s photo and what works best for the composition.

Do you offer larger size portraits?

Right now, I only offer 5 x 7 inch portraits, but I’m considering adding larger sizes in the future—stay tuned!
